Do you help with special request?Any special requests, such as dietary restrictions or accommodation preferences, should be communicated to us at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.

How do I book a trip?Click on the "Book Your Xcape" page and select your travel type. Travel Inquiry Page

Where do I make payments?You will get a link with an attached invoice, via email. Housed in the email an authorization, (giving me permission) will be attached to charge your card. The authorized amount will not come out of your account until I manually process it in my system.

What payments are accepted?For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Choose the payment option that works best for you and get ready to embark on your next xcape!

Is there a certain amount that has to be paid on my trip?A payment schedule is set up for everyone (unless trip is paid full) once a deposit is made. You do not have to adhere to the schedule. You can make as much or as little of amount on your trip as you like until the balance is paid off.

Can I cancel my trip?We understand that plans can change, which is why we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, due to prepayments and reservations made on your behalf, certain cancellation fees may apply. Specific details of cancellation policies will be outlined in your booking agreement, depending on the nature of your travel package. Note: there is a $50 cancellation fee, plus any applicable vendor fees.
